The terms that apply when you use this website or purchase a product or service from WSW Software LLC.
This website is operated by WSW Software LLC (“WSW Software”, “we”, “us”). Contact details are set out in the Imprint. You can reach us at info@wswsoftware.tech.
We offer four kinds of products: software tools (hosted software sold as a subscription, such as Relay), self-paced online courses (video modules and downloadable materials) consulting engagements (advisory and implementation work delivered remotely) and the Scale Program (a 1:1 mentorship and implementation program running for 3 or 6 months). Current products and prices are published on our Products & pricing page. For consulting, the exact scope, price and delivery format are confirmed in writing before you buy.
Products and services are ordered by contacting us. We confirm the scope, price, delivery format and timeline in writing (including by email) before any order is binding. A contract is formed when we confirm your order in writing. Invoices are issued by WSW Software LLC in US dollars and are payable by card (via our payment provider’s secure checkout) or by bank transfer, within the period stated on the invoice. Software subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly or annual period until cancelled. Courses are a one-time payment. Consulting projects are billed 50% on order and 50% on handover unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Prices are stated in the currency shown in our written confirmation and exclude sales tax, VAT or similar taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any taxes applicable in your jurisdiction. We may change prices for future orders at any time; a change does not affect an order already confirmed.
Software and courses are digital products and are delivered electronically. Access details or download links are sent to the email address you provide, normally within one business day of payment. Consulting engagements begin with a kick-off call scheduled after purchase; the scope, timeline and deliverables are confirmed in writing before work starts.
On purchase you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own business or personal purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, share access to, publicly distribute or reverse-engineer any product, and you may not remove any proprietary notices. Course materials are for the purchaser only; team access is available where agreed in writing.
Software includes updates within the same major version. Courses include access to future updates of that course for as long as it is offered. Support is provided by email at info@wswsoftware.tech on business days; response times are not guaranteed.
Your cancellation and refund rights are set out in our Refund Policy. Where consumer protection law grants you a statutory right of withdrawal, nothing in these Terms limits that right.
All content on this website and in our products — including code, text, video, graphics and templates — is owned by or licensed to WSW Software LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.
You agree not to use this website in any way that is unlawful, that could damage or impair it, or that attempts to gain unauthorised access to any part of it or to any system connected to it.
Our products provide tools, education and advisory services. They do not guarantee any particular business, financial or other outcome, which depends on factors outside our control, including how the product is applied. Nothing on this website or in our products constitutes legal, tax, accounting or investment advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WSW Software LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data, arising from your use of this website or any product. Our total liability in connection with any product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any non-waivable consumer right.
We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites linked from this site.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with the date of the last update. Changes apply to purchases made after the change is published.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident, and nothing in this clause deprives you of the protection of those provisions.
